What it does

This is how you read it.
You filmed the run-through. You watched it back at full speed, thought “something’s off”, and watched it again. InForm is the part that comes next.
Slow it down until you can see it
Step one frame at a time with the arrows, or hold them to walk through the moment. Hold a speed anywhere from 0.25× to 2×. Set two markers and loop the same two seconds twenty times while it sinks in.
Drag your finger away from the scrub bar and it gears down — half speed, a fifth, a twentieth — so you can land on the exact frame with a thumb.
Six weeks apart, side by side
Open two videos at once and play them together. Loop the matching phrase in both. Step them forward a frame at a time in sync. A drift corrector keeps them lined up when the two takes aren’t the same length.
This is the one that changes minds. Students who swear nothing has changed go quiet when today is sitting next to March.

Pen, line, arrow, ellipse, text and a real angle tool that snaps to square and stays accurate whatever shape the video is. Every drawing has its own visibility window, so a note appears only over the moment it’s about.

Record your feedback
Capture the screen while you talk over the video and draw on it, then trim it, crop it, and send the whole review as one clip.
Motion tracking
Follow a hand, a barbell or a whole skeleton across the clip, with a trail behind it and live angles at the joints.
Projects over time
File every clip and still under a dated session with a pose tag. The by-pose view then runs left to right through months.
Mirror the view
Flip the picture to see a move the way you would face it, drawings and measurements flipping with it. Nothing in the file changes.
Analyse a YouTube video
Paste a link, or share straight from the YouTube app, and study the performance you are trying to learn from.
Send it to your student
Cut the loop out as its own clip with the drawings burned in — or as a file that re-opens with every mark still editable.

Nothing leaves your phone
InForm has no server. There is nothing to sign into, nothing is uploaded and no analytics are collected. Your practice videos stay yours — which matters rather a lot if you teach, and more again if you teach children.
- No account, ever. Open the app and it works.
- Works with no signal. Everything runs on the device, the motion tracking included.
- You choose what goes out. Sharing uses your phone’s own share sheet, when you ask it to.
Being straight with you
What it doesn’t do
Worth knowing before you install it rather than after.
- No cloud library or team accounts. It is a tool on your phone, not a platform.
- Android and Windows today. An iPhone version is being built — say the word and I will tell you when it lands.
- It will not tell you what is wrong. It shows the movement clearly. The judgement stays yours, or your teacher’s.
- Uninstalling deletes your work. Android takes the whole folder with it, so back a project up first.
What it costs

InForm is donation-based. Every feature on this page is in the free app — there is no pro tier, no trial that runs out, no watermark on your export and no advert anywhere in it.
